Our SafeCall Service receives Home Function funding until 2025

We are proud to have been funded by the Abode Role until 2025 to go on our SafeCall Service beyond England and Wales. The service helps young victims and their families through crisis and trauma.

SafeCall provides confidential, anonymous support to victims of county lines exploitation and their families. The service helps people affected by exploitation get condom, stay safe and bargain with the challenges they face. Our expert squad is available from nine am to 11 pm, 7 days a week to provide back up via our free Helpline on 116000.

What does SafeCall practice?

SafeCall has been running since 2017 and we are really glad the service volition continue and develop with continued funding. This additional funding will let the service to provide;

Bearding Helpline support to young people and families via phone, text, and Online Chat. People can feel free to say what they want, without fright of judgement or command existence taken away. Learn more hither.
Specialist confidential support from a central worker: they will keep in touch with people affected, help them speak to professionals, requite advice about side by side steps, and most chiefly, listen.
Parent/Carer peer support group: the 'Safety and Social' group meets once a month online. Speaking to other people who know what it is like to worry virtually their child tin can be actually helpful.
Parent/Carer word forum: a confidential online discussion space to ask other people for communication, and back up others. Join the forum here.
Parent/Carer Workshops: exploring topics such as mental wellbeing, safety planning, and county lines awareness.
